As we reflect upon our notable progress in 2010, we realize that it is a testament to our ability to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.

In this regard, our Automation Center of Excellence (ACoE- http://www.globaltestingexperts.com/test-center-of-excellence) has been playing a pivotal role. GTEN has been a pioneer and thought leader in Test Automation. Today, GTEN leverages its proprietary “GREATS” framework and ACoE that help realization of our customer goals much faster than the traditional discreet testing thereby reducing time to market and overall costs.

GTEN has developed its regression test automation solution “GREATS” as it integrates best practices of a number automation methodologies e.g. Keyword driven test automation, object oriented automation. It is based on assessing the current maturity of the customer in terms of business specification, testing artefacts, testing approach, application stability and creating an improvement roadmap based on GREATS. GREATS is typically used as part of our ACoEs contracts so when someone hires GTEN they naturally get our highly qualified testers but now they also get these proprietary tools and methodologies as “GREATS” which address the most pressing problems faced by testers: how to generate test data quickly, design automation test cases effectively, and automate as much of the routine testing work as possible to enhance productivity.

If we reflect back few highlights for 2010 for organization will be:

• GTEN has become an exclusive business partner of QAI. QAI is a global management consulting and workforce development organization. Set up in 1980 in Orlando, Florida (USA), it caters to Operational Excellence across organizations worldwide.
• GTEN added new clients in 2010 Smartdate, Dualtech Technologies, SPA, NNS Media Group.
• GREATS Automation Solution was expanded to new tools like Selenium, Rational Functional Tester that can dramatically improve the quality of the software; reduce time to market, all in a very cost-effective way.

Under the success story heading we have a case study on ISIS, provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions on how GTEN helped ISIS to bring down its testing cost by $53000 for every testing cycle.
